The word “quality” is extremely important to us at Quality Marking Services. Not only incorporated in our name it is embodied in how we work through every process within the business.

Gaining ISO accreditation was important to demonstrate our commitment to achieving the highest standards and that process started nearly two decades ago with us gaining ISO 9001 in 2002, ISO 14001 in 2011 and upgrading our ISO 18001 to ISO 45001 in 2018.

The audits look into all aspects of the company and include what our clients and end customers think of us. We truly value feedback, recording and learning from comments made and appreciate the time taken in completing the forms.

This month we were delighted to send Dec Williams from A D Giles, the Cornwall based surfacing contractor, a voucher to thank him for responding to our feedback requests. Each respondent gets entered into the regular draw so everyone has an equal chance of winning.
